Bold Ruby-Red ale with a fruity hop character balanced by a blend of caramel and toasted malts

The name stems from the old Saxon/Viking description of Redcar: Read=reed and Kjarr=marsh

Food pairing: chicken, seafood, burgers; great with spicy cuisine

Lager style

Very pale, brewed with lager malt and heavily hopped with German hops for a clean taste and crisp finish

The name comes from the female ghost dressed all in white reportedly seen at the previous location of our brewery - the 17th century building of Pinchinthorpe Hall (near Guisborough, North Yorkshire)

Food pairing: great with lighter food: chicken, salads, salmon, mild cheddar

Brewed with cocoa nibs, this porter is luscious and velvety, bursting with dark chocolate flavour

A hint of banana in there can be detected as the fruity Abbey yeast it is used

Seasonal: Mar-Apr cask only

Brewed in a lager style using Ale Yeast, we added the aromatic Mittlefruh hops for a delicate floral and citrus hue

Food pairing: it works well with delicately herbed chicken or to sample a selection of fine fromage. Great with salmon recipes with light Mediterranean flavours and any lemon desserts.... and of course, the hot dog
