Brewed exclusively with English ingredients, dried hopps with bucket loads of Fuggles and East Kent Goldings to give a pleasant earthy/grassy character to this classic English IPA
Food pairing: strong, spicy food (classic with curry!); meat pie, blue cheese.

Yorkshire Porter 4,4%
Chocolaty Ale

Brewed with cocoa nibs, this porter is luscious and velvety, bursting with dark chocolate flavour
A hint of banana in there can be detected as the fruity Abbey yeast it is used
Food pairing: grilled meats (beef, pork chicken and vegetables as well), oysters, chocolate puddings, hazelnut caramel tarts

Pale Ale

Modern Extra Pale Ale with assertive bitterness and aromas of RAKAU and NELSON SAUVIN hops. Fruity, winey and gooseberry notes, refreshing, zingy, to respond to the latest consumer needs
Food pairing: great with lighter food: chicken, salads, salmon, mild cheddar

Seasonal: Mar-Apr cask only
Brewed only with pale malts, highly distinctive light ale, with floral and tangerine hop flavours, a late bitterness.
Food pairing: it works well with delicately herbed chicken or to sample a selection of fine fromage. Great with salmon recipes with light Mediterranean flavours and any lemon desserts.... and of course, the hot dog
